To support Royal Mail Group’s (RMG) long term transformation goals, it is intended to establish a framework agreement for the provision of business and technology transformation and execution services.

The transformation and execution services required will extend to all parts of the business and include, but are not limited to: Business Transformation; Systems Design, Build & Implement; System Support and Host; Business Process Execution. The successful partners will be engaged to support RMG through the entire lifecycle of business and technology transformation and execution.

The high level CPV codes mentioned below are intended to cover all sub-codes. To the extent that sub-codes are mentioned in the list below, this is illustrative of the scope of the framework which is not limited to these sub-codes. Sub-codes not included in this list are not excluded from the scope of this framework.
