Very worried about the 'fair' productivity bonus, the Unions want There has never, and will never be any way that the vast majority of offices can achieve any bonus-no matter how hard they work.Much better to have a decent Pay rise in everyones pockets. but, at least they seem to be acting now, just hope it's not too little too late.

You've hit the nail on the head there stokes, we have never had a bonus scheme that we actually control, let alone understand. With a scheming management like we have at the moment look what happened to the 50/50, we haven't had a penny and the share scheme is a sham. It wouldn't be too bad if, like the managers it was something like 4k with a proportion added to the pension fund - but - like you I'd prefer a pay rise which is obviously multiplied over the years on each percentage rise.

Yes, and even if we got zilch, the Mangagers always seem to get some sort of bonus--it's so unfair.I sometimes think the Mafia have moved in!

Totally agreement with every thing.Especialy with summer lapsing being rolled out to almost every office.And as for a bonus schme,could someone explain what it is,since we have never had one one in our office.We did away Nights and promissed a bonus ,then RM said we never maid enough savings .Last year Pegus 1 was introduced to our office by Management not workers ,result about £500,000 over office budget,if all goes weel with exsisting budgets now on course for a bonus thing in 10 years time when deficuit is cleared.

This strike though the members should vote on the settlement offfered, Last time a lot of people felt been sold down the river by NATIONAL OFFICERS including good hardworking local Reps.

Rubbish - there's no such thing as Yorkshire Day - next you'll be professing there's a Pie Day in Yorkshire as well, often visited by a well known celebrity in union circles
