ive been looking at the notice board outside my dums office and have noticed just how many hours were saving each week.

last week we underspent by 430 hours/360 hours/237 hours. Now why do we have to absorb and save many more? if a company is saving money these days, its seems mad to cut the service and make it even worse than it is now to scrape any more. and are WE the workers, who do all the graft and make these savings, going to see any of this money saved? because i know the managers certainly will.

Refuse for the first couple of days, then (on day 3) say yes we shall do all you ask... but bring back from your own duty what you can't deliver(obviously doing your job by the book).

21 bags were bought back the first time the managers had to go out with a van as the staff have kept to bringing what they have on the front,we are waiting to see what happens next, you still have the silly people who come in run about but they have not had the rivision from hell done yet.
