You reckon any of THEIR guys, would want to come and work for US??! :left:  :hmmmm
You would be surprised at how many Aussies and Kiwis wanting to move over here, Sugarpie a member of this forum is one example, it is largely down to what you are looking for, some Aussies said they wanted to move over here as it is cooler, more history, less isolated, different lifestyle, snap for Kiwis, also Brits moving to NZ and AUS are looking for the opposite things, hotter climes (NZ a little different except slightly more rain !) more isolation, less history, etc.

There is a substantial AUS & Kiwi community in the UK same for Canadians and Americans, they are not so obvious until they start talking :Very Happy

lol this is hilarious.

Pete really comes across as nervous - like a man being held at gunpoint?
Check the female manager standing behind him making sure he is going along with the script at 1:15.

NO-WAY does he do that bike check everyday - WHAT A LOAD OF PR SH1TE!

How come that interviewer guy gets to all the drops before Pete does?! He should be given the job!
And if the job is so great Pete why did you leave it first time round?

Interestingly they have MAX BODY weights (100KG APPROX) for posties delivering on bikes and MC's! SO THEIR LARDY ARSED MANAGERS CAN'T BE DOING THEIR CUT OFFS!!!!

They are far more organized than RM with the streets for each walk frame listed above - essential for newbies.

QUOTE - 'Peter loves riding his motorbike around the suburbs talking to all the friendly people who meet him at the gate and saying 'Hi' to the kids on school holidays'.
:funneh :funneh :funneh
This is off the scale! Those auzzie kids must have an effin great time joy riding round on all the nicked postie scooters!

Oz is a bit like the U.S. in that they all seem to have mail boxes at the property boundary - a big time saver.

We can barely get the basic uniform these days so what do you think are the chances of getting socks (plus they'd be made from some really crap material that would fall apart in a couple of days).

A time saver for us, yes. But what about the inconvenience for the Customers?
We still provide a vastly superior service to either of those Countries. Despite all the cuts. :hmmmm

Besides, Pegasus would probably double the number delivery points if we had those kind of mail boxes here.
