Pulled lower back 3 weeks ago and just cant shift it. I cant get through the delivery without some stiffness and pain. Almost goes away on a Sunday but come monday and 10 miles of carring bags plays it up again.

Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

No real problems here, sometimes a bit achy on a Monday morning but that's because we have a work football team that plays in a Sunday night.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Could you not use a Golf Trolley ? I do, its saves my back from any abuse, the only time I don't use a trolley is on light days Monday and Tuesday then from Wednesday I switch to the Trolley as the workload picks up, it may take longer but at least its pain free, work injuries will stay with you after retirement long after that letter was delivered and binned 30 minutes early 20 years ago.krussel wrote:Pulled lower back 3 weeks ago and just cant shift it. Watch out for Diclofenac, can cause stomach problems. My GP gave me omeprazole, which sound like something your take anally! But, it stops the diclofenac causing ulcers, but you may still get stomach cramps. I did. Mrs made sure it was all taken correctly
