I AM on a visit to my family from South Africa. One of my friends asked me to contact someone in Britain.

She knew the name of the person but the address was very haphazard. I took a chance and wrote to the lady in question with the very wrong address on the envelope. Lo and behold, the lady phoned me and was surprised that the letter ever reached her.


So well done and a big thank you to the Royal Mail service, I am most impressed.

Most people only ever take the time to write or phone when they are moaning. So it's good to see their are some decent people about!

It's nice to have someone thank us. It's just a pity that RLB didn't get a mention. I assume it was them who managed to track the recipient down.
