THE CON RESULT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi all had interview with the dsm today on my gross missconduct over me posting THE CON it went well at least he did listen to me and the area rep and we all aggreed that the dim over reacted to it the dsm just said concider your arse has been kicked must have taken all of five minutes shame our din is off this week and a BIG thanks to all of you with your input in my case.

Well done mate common sense from the dsm for once but should never get to these stages so maybe your DOM could learn something off his boss.Hope he got his arse kicked for being so petty,relax now have a beer and remember big smile the morn!!
