It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

nightmare in our place. the other office we share with now has all their work sent down cut and tipped. so 1 york of bags full of letters has now turned into 2 yours of boxes. result. the lorry cant get all the work on. so on every arrival the drivers have to leave work behind. this is going to be intresting later in the week when the blokes are waiting untill 9.30 am for the last of the work to turn up.

Funny enough our 5-30/5-45 shuttle arrived at 6-30 today, wondering what's going on up the Elms or was it just one of those days.
And i got seriously soaked today, luckly enough it was near the end and near me home.

Strange, cause we weren't busy at all today,average-ish Wednesday.

no ours was`nt heavy. its just that now all the work for the other office turns up cut tipped and boxed up. they cant get it all on the lorry. boxes take up more room then the bags do. we used to get yorks that had flats letters boxes and bags all mixed. but now its all on its own york for the office we share with. result they cant get all the work for both offices on the lorry. so more and more will be coming in on the 8-00
