i heard a rumour !!!

i heard a rumour yesturday that at christmas this year, york ,hull, darlington and another mailcentre are goin to close christmas week ,either a weeks holiday or unpaid leave like they did a doncaster last year,heard it of a senior rep he said there trying to get it clarified but royalmail not saying out !!

If it is anything like the north west they may not open again after new year!. :shock:

Apparently the mail for the east coast (bridlington filey etc) will be coming from Leeds soon instead of York. Maybe its the start of the demise of York mail centre :sad:
