Managers prepping D2Ds

Have the managers not got enough of thier own work to do,if not i would start making noises about having to many managers in your office thats what we did, bingo managers stopped preping walks,the other thing we found was if we stopped work and started chatting, when managers start doing work that is ours,it worked a treat!managers will take staff of sorting to prep walks so the IPS takes longer with less people which means less time on delivery or O/T if you want it. the new plans are working really well.

Well our DOM has been out on patrol for a few days in the past week or so. It seems his only job these days is to try and catch people out. What i want to know is, who polices the DOM.

IB Police them. But only if you put in a complaint.
