Oh god.......
Please dont start this all off again by winding him up. To be honest if calpsy wants to run his Jeep for Royal Mails use then thats his choice. I dont think i can change his mind pointing out the many pitfalls and he may stay lucky for a long time. I used to use my car and learned the hard way and would never do so again.
Mind you having said that i still voted NO because i really cannot see Royal Mail stopping something which costs them mostly nothing and saves them all so much.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
Guys, there was a very interesting news item put up in the News forum (Posties plan strike vote after being told to work to letter ) just yesterday. It seems that in Colchester, posties who finish early are now being given more work to do, to take them to their official finish time.
Now, who will still say that RM don't care if you finish half an hour early, how many posties in Colchester will be using their cars, just so they can have even more work to do for free?
we have 2 posties in our ofice who stupidly uses their car to deliver the whole delivery and then comes back to the office 2 hours earlier, and then take a bit of another round out,

Reason:Incitement - if its against the rules to insult bully or harrass members it certainly is against the spirit to try and deliberately get a response.

I wouldn't bother Calpsy, it is quite up to you what you want to do, it is your car and your own liability, if it goes tits up then you have to deal with the consequences.

exactly so stop goin on about it . I know what COULD happen and i choose to continue . Shouldnt bother you or anyone else so give it a rest .
Let's move on,calpsy has made his choice one way, others the other way, this could go on for ever.
And we don't want the thread to turn out like the other ones have.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Why whats happening ??? And more importantly ... whats about to happen . We at our office havent heard .

And every post ends with a snide remark . Why not leave Rm .... its obviously affecting your life .
