No, its a little side street,probably the car never bothered going down it or maybe it was removed because of security issues,if he does live there. when I looked last night I went out onto marlyboune? road and saw two RM vehicles.

the problem with that is he has a get out clause. He can go into the DO and say unless it has the full address dont deliver it. If we do get the full address then he would run the risk of genuine mail getting binned along with the junk were going to be sending him.
