Royal mail loses court injunction
This afternoon Royal Mail took the union to the High Court in a bid to stop the London strikes.
This was defeated and the judge awarded costs against Royal Mail and refused their right to appeal.
The strikes go on.
This is a big boost as one of Royal Mails key tactics is to challenge ballots.

Royal Mail believe they are on a Crusade to get rid of the Union, and as with most of the Thatcherite acolyte's they don't see any good coming from any Union ever. Unfortunately as with most hard line fanatics (of which ever political or religious persuasion) they do not listen to or even recognise as valid dissenting voices or opinions.

Are there any links about the failed court injunction?

It is their problem as the more they ignore us the stronger we get!. We all have sense of being when in a union and nothing will ever change that!.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:baldrick wrote:When are RM management going to get it that they need to negotiate, not

Re: Royal mail loses court injunction
It's about time RM start adhereing to agreements and stop imposing their own terms and conditions. The CWU should take RM to court for not adhereing to phase 4 of the Pay and Modernisation Agreement. RM spend too much time trying to catch the CWU out when it comes to ballots for strike action. RM need to spend their time working with the CWU trying to make the business more efficient and effective.
