Quiet on tuesday, hardly any packets, managed to dodge to heavy rain which came before the delivery, and conveniently after I'd got home. Wednesday was a different story. Back to normal. Busy with everything, DSA, flats, the lot. Out for a few pints tonight and my day off tomorrow.

Told today that we would be permantley lapsing the walk we are doing for the summer as the mail is down. This will mean nearly a 4 hour walk for us. I said No Way am I doing a 4 hour walk. Dim said its going to happen its going to happen nationally. My arse.

Busy day today, although the packets were not too bad. Had a bit of walk lapsing to do at the end of my duty, just around the corner from where I live. Main problem as usual is the inconsistancy of the numbers on the IPS.

Busy day for mail, packets were less than usual I thought. Not enough on the IPS really, but we managed, just. Warm dry, but overcast day.
