its all supposed to be in confidence but in my office the late shift is a small team so any comments made in the survey can easily be attributed to the person who made them

One of the directors of TNS is also a director of RM. There is a direct conflict of interest there. I forget his name but someone here will know. No wonder that guy in NI was done over.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

What happened to last years ? Not had any feedback on last years which would have been really poor.

Ours failed the last time but nothing happened but I suppose we'll get another one in 6 months which will again produce the warnings that they have done for the past 8 times. Although the managers has been known to fill these HYS forms in himself, it sticks out like a sore thumb with comments like 'The managers is great' or 'I'm glad Pegasus has been brought in because all the duties are now equal' etc. all using the same spelling and grammar :chuckle .

Doms get a bonus based on the results of have your say,in my office we are given time off ips to fill them in,they then wait and ask for them to be returned to them personally would be easy for them to find out who said what. I remember a few years ago that i filled one in sealed it up in return envelope and put it in a out going mail bag two managers came running up to me saying where is it tell them and they go through the bag till they find it ,must be a big bonus.

You should have refused, and told IB what they were up to.

Personally, I don't mind them knowing what I've said in mine. In fact the only time I DIDN'T fill one in. Was when I found out about a couple of cases, where people were disciplined for things they'd said in the HYS. So I missed one, in protest.

If I remember rightly: The worst one, happened in NI. But I'm not 100% sure. The second one, was actually at my RDC! Although that wasn't dealt with as harshly.

I'll soon find out if they're checking them again. Because of my comments. Wish me luck! :nervous
