I don't deliver time-sensitive stuff and I don't have a watch. I manage to fail the i-pod check every day because of this.

Surely we should be supplied with biros, watches and mobile phones.
I've not had any of these.

I called my office from a payphone and reversed the charges. £3.50 connection charge plus god knows what per minute. DOM started reading the riot act and told me I had to use my phone to call in if any problems on delivery. I said that I only used my phone for problems relating to me, if it's a Royal Mail failure which it always is then they need to supply a phone. I'm getting really sick of the whole thing. The pens they supply when you are lucky enough to get them are s**t and stop working, if they supplied watches or phones they would prob be the same.
Went to a different office a few weeks ago and guess what given a van so took a PDA only to find out that it wouldn't accept my ID as I work in a different office !!!!
We really are working for a bunch of idiots

When you log onto the PDA there is an option called site number or something which you need to change.
