whose time for d2d's

Post by shadow »

Iv'e been told that d2d's are to be prepped in our own time and if we go over our time out on delivery when delivering them we can't claim it.

The prep bit has been discussed on here before - it's another management lie. You do what you want in your own time, never what they say.

shadow your best bet is to do a search from above RMC toolbar and where it says keyword enter d2d and get truly enlightened :wave

Yeah,walk out!!!
You are being bullied, print off the agreement and show him it,also ignore him when he says it's an old one as it's 1996,that means naff all.
Where's your rep??

Like i said, walk out,it will soon get sorted.

I find that Memory Sticks are useful for that. It saves carrying about reams of paper. But you have the agreements to hand, at all times.

To deliver d2d's RM pay you. Therefore it is part of RM's contract to you, therefore you prep. them in work time.

The agreement is 20% a day if you prep ALL at once and go over your time because you have done more than 20% then you have given them reason to complain, but if you stick to 20% per day they have NO argument it is the agreement and should be worked in to all revisions
