It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Deader than a dead thing that has been dead for a long time. Took all Mailsort Saturday, and only 6 coded bundles, 10 packets and 3 sign fors, was done 1 hour earlier than a normal Monday. Expect tomorrow to be busier but am sneezing and blowing nose continually so I may not care by 5.00am Tuesday. :Sick
