Exactly what where you dismissed for OP?
Just an update to let you all know that the case is being heard on Monday morning, i could not get a solicitor so i will be representing myself :funneh :funneh Out of curiosity does anyone know if the is a set timescale set between RM and CWU for dealing with a dismissal appeal? (For example 9 weeks etc?)

PS. I recieved a phone call telling me that RM are going to try and bill me for their costs which could be anything upto £10,000 - typical scare tactics but i wont let it bother me.

If you were taking the p*** and/ or the claim was deemed to be vexatious & frivolous ( i.e . your motives for bringing such a claim were dodgy ) , that would have been decided by the tribunal in a preliminary hearing & you'd have then been well advised by the panel & ACAS not to take things any further , not by that arrogant organization .

Get that reported , a adverse inference can be drawn there , very underhand - bordering on / actual harassment & intimidation of key witnesses - w**kers ! - hoping you'll buckle but it comes as no surprise :no no :no no .

It's " interesting " that RM did not put that in writing :hmmmm - make sure you've logged it , 1471-d it etc . According to the link , RM could be punished for such tactics :hmmmm
