Hellmail have done a very toned down version of the Daily Mail and Scottish Regional paper articles , The Editor , who to be fair is better than some of the hacks , blames the dangers of target culture in general .

Problem is if RM told me it was saturday tomorrow , I'd check the calender

Theres 1 address in our office that tests the quality of service. Our DOM make sure there mail is out nice and early every day.

Just another example of tampering with the mail. LOL

our managers were all called to a meeting with the area manager today as they all slagged him off in there have your say apparently they accused him of being a bully :cfo :mfo :lfo you really couldnt make it up.

My worry is they have only touched the surface, if only a handful had been involoved, I think they would be out the door.It beggars belief that most are still employed with R/M.I woud like them to explain to us how one postie can be sacked for perhaps 'forgetting; to deliver a couple of letters, whilst 'Management'get away with full scale fraud.

with a centralized and regimented style you will inevitably get a lot of instuitionalized corporate bullying .
