Well done to everybody who supported the industrial action in Irvine D.O on sat 100% turnout.Nice to get a we bit of press coverage too.Bonding session after the picket line was well supported also.30-40 managers hijacked in to cover collections,deliveries, etc 1st class only.Managers working today i here prepping duties (take a day off lads/lassies). Backlog expected on Monday so we,ll see what that brings, no doubt bringing more managers in than normal .Round 2 next week.
