We got some who use their cars,come in early ,prep D2D in their own time,get bullied into not booking OT,work their days off,and are blacklegs. But they take the pay rise we fought for,and moan like a moany person about the changes,and even though they would never join the union, and disagree with all it stands for, they are convinced we should just work to rule- Apart from them,"and what pay rise are you lot going to earn us this year"

A rep in a nearby office........no advice not to use cars, overweight bags, etc, etc. Used to socialize with the DOM & there were queries about him doing deals with said DOM re disciplinaries. Represented a non union member twice against a union member.....now a manager!!!!!

We have one that comes in on a Saturday while on annual leave to put up all his D2D for the following week........whats funny as f**k when hes asked to move on a rural that monday He never turns up for any union meetings & union have saved his job loads of times, especially when he s**t himself while on a walk and was caught going home in his car by the managers and blatantly told them he hadnt gone home when they was parked outside his house for an hour. He always uses his car as a mobile pouch box + when he was finished early one day the manager asked him to take town parcels out.....he took them in his car. Also when our last van comes in from the mail centre he goes + hide in the toilets instead of IPS. He was trained on a rural with a lot of driving, after 3 days he went to see the manager and said all the driving made him puke on the dashboard and was allowed back on his walk !!! He must be the biggest tosser in the UK working as a work colleague......all managers are tossers anyway.

we have two in our office we are on a work to rule so there is supposed to be an overtime ban
one of these tw**s is a driver who cuts off his packet delivery every day because he has to much on his duty now.
But he goes back to work on distrubution duties in the afternoon he says that he can do that because it doesnt effect the work to rule on deliveries.
The other one leaves all his packets for duty driver so he can get back before his duty finish time 2 .15 pm to do 2 pm collections TWATS

Funny that, we have the same in Dundee West. Posties who should be working to rule but are working overtime on distribution. They think that because they are not working for delivery, its OK. I'm alright Jack, f**k you.
