Whats not ironic about it, given that robd HAS accepted the truth, hence why he took the opportunity to elaborate concisely as to what is causing the problems within rm due to the catalystic train of thought belonging to people who share a similair stance to yourself.

Strange that a fellow human being would wish that on anyone, and as with the threat of bubbling to the IB, it shows the disturbing way some minds work when you "cross" them.

You should've realised by now Calpsy, that daring to disagree with the common herd instinct on here brings vilification, and that's just from the mods............ :chuckle
When exactly have we villified anyone for disagreeing with someone?
We have tried to stop people being abusive. And as Calpsy well knows: We came to his aid, when someone wished him dead. But far from trying to prevent people disagreeing with us, or anyone else for that matter. We have spent a great deal of time and effort. Trying to get people to calm down, and discuss things rationally.

We have our own views, just as you do. But I challenge you, to provide an example of a Mod or Admin, trying to suppress anyones views. We sometimes have to intervene because of the WAY some people express their views. But to my knowledge: None of the Mods or Admin, have tried to prevent anyone speaking their mind. So long as it's done in a civilised manner. :hmmmm

:hmmmm So rules is rules if too much talking or "idle chatter " goes on ,but if you save the company millions a year using your own vehicle in direct contravention of the rules ,then we can just cosy up and forget about them :chuckle
Sod that , no insurance ;no documents check ;no payment for use of; forget working for free or supplying RM with free transport and freight. Ring the IB, RM only have your best interests at heart :chuckle

To be fair Belial: Calpsy is one of the minority, who "dot the 'I's and cross the 'T's. So he's completely legal, and within the H&S Rules. But that doesn't alter the fact, that he's doing free overtime, and providing free use of a vehicle to RM. If he was to claim overtime, for the extra time he works. And either used an RM vehicle, or charged them for the cost of using his vehicle. Then it would be a very different situation. But the Managers won't allow that.

Not harbouring anything against anyone . Just dont know why you wont accept the truth . thats it .
A few quotes about truth:

BLAISE PASCAL:
There are truths on this side of the Pyranees, which are falsehoods on the other.

BUDDHA:
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true. [paraphrased]

GEORGE BERNARD SHAW:
New opinions often appear first as jokes and fancies, then as blasphemies and treason, then as questions open to discussion, and finally as established truths.

ME:
Truth is in the eye of the beholder.

In essence what I am trying to say what you consider the Truth does not automatically mean it is, just like the other side of the argument and it looks like the 2 truths will never meet. :Very Happy :Very Happy

The weird thing is essence we all agree with each other. Royal Mail will keep adding more work its a fact of life, we say why should we accept it if we can't do it in the official time and tools given, you say no point in fighting it. :Very Happy :Very Happy

Andy, it was just a little dry joke..

Nothing funny about the remarks directed to another board member though, and they should have been removed instantly. Those mods eh....? :confused

If you have to explain a joke it's obviously not funny
