instead of all the cost cutting and stuffing more junk through peoples letterboxes, how about the royal mail get a backbone and say NO to downstream access ?
trying to run a service for profit under uncompetitive terms is a joke. When Royal Mail can take all of its letters down to the local TNT office and say "we cant be bothered to actually deliver these, we`ll pay you at a loss - oh and you have no choice in the matter see ya" then we`ll be on a fair playing field.

still waiting for my swine flu payments 3 week now and manger says "don't worry i've sorted it,you'll get it next week" BOLLOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for mine too as well as 3 other posties at my depot... That's just those I work around as well. Any ways around this? £10ish is a lot to miss out on in my experience!

Same in my office (lucky for me I didn't get to deliver them, the DOM thinks he's punishing me by not letting me do D2Ds ).
