A SHREWD homeowner is offering frustrated drivers in a city centre a private parking place - with a £15,000 price tag.
Jim Annand acquired the small piece of land when he bought a flat in Aberdeen two years ago.
He is now hoping to tempt motorists who are fed up having to scour the streets for a space.
The one-vehicle parking place on the city’s John Street lies behind the flat Mr Annand leases.
A surveyor valued it at £15,000 after the Royal Mail operations manager realised he could take advantage of the equity of the property. Mr Annand is looking for “offers in the region ofâ€
