Do they mention a pension in the brochure?

His and my pension is bollocks all if he has twenty years in don't know how old he is but better start saving now!. I don't fancy working till i drop and at 68 i will doing this job!.

If I'm a director or senior manager,Do the same pension rules apply? Also if I'm a line manager and I get a fat bonus for cutting hours ,does my bonus count as pensionable?
Since the whole business is down on it's knees I guess everyone throughout the pay structure is taking a massive pension and pay hit, or am I mistaken

I completed 20 yrs a couple years back. I never even gave them the pleasure of answering there postal enquiry..

They even tried to bribe me with an overnight stay in a hotel, with free travel (200 + mls roundtrip BTW) to have a meal with someone who IMHO who has implimented RM,s bludgeonery to the letter without consideration for it's workers. Never even asked why I never replied..LOL Maybe there saving up for my 30th with those vouchers, just hope they didn't put them in the pension fund.

Next year I'll have 30 years in. Personally I'd rather have a bit of respect from the so-called DOM and his accomplices than some trinket. But 30 years or 30 minutes service, one thing there is less and less of is respect for the workers from alleged 'managers'. So, as they have no respect for us, I reciprocate. I've never been to one of their award dinners and have no intention of ever doing so. Anyone thinking of turning up should remember the words of King David:

"Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies."
