I would like to thank Anstruther D.O. for returning a YES vote for strike action and for having the best fish and chip shop in the UK.

Re: CWU FIGHTBACK
Alloa, Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath and Grangemouth will be taking strike action on Friday 5th June 06:00 to 08:00. Anstruther members decided to take strike action on Sat 6th from 09:00 till midnight Sunday 7th. Anster decided they would like to take longer strike action due to the bully boy tactics in their office by RM management.

Re: CWU FIGHTBACK
A big round of
to our comrades in Dunfermline, Alloa, Grangemouth and Cowdenbeath for their latest bout of industrial action especially those who managed to turn up on the picket line in the rain, hopefully Anstruther will have better weather for their 4 hour strike on Saturday.

Re: CWU FIGHTBACK
Well done to all in the KY & FK sectors who were out this morning

The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
The time has come for union.

Re: CWU FIGHTBACK
I would like to thank all my colleagues in Dunfermline, Grangemouth and Cowdenbeath for their latest bout of industrial action. Alloa were due to be on strike but Royal Mail's strike busting lawyer's found a mistake in the notification to RM and we had to cancel. We did not plan to take strike action on Saturday but when manager’s decided to start testing our members with unacceptable unachievable and un-agreed sorting rates and used them to bully and intimidate our members into not claiming overtime and to work for nothing with the threat of dismissal if they did not complete their deliveries we were left with no other option but to take strike action. I would also again like to thank Michelle Cadbury who made up a great buffet and cake which was most welcome from the pickets in Dunfy and Grangemouth.
