I just hope that he acknowledges the reminder I'll be sending him, when it's due again.

not a constituent but i am a TAX PAYER unlike LEACH so it might be interesting to find out what his political leader and local paper thinks before moving on to the real gutter press with both their full knowledge about it before i do. think i might send a copy both to him and his leader by recorded this time as he has form for saying he did not recieve a letter.

There is a simple answer Mr Leech, put a post-it note on the inside of your windscreen to let you know when your road fund license is due.

He didn't even have the decency to reply to the letters we sent him. I wonder if we'll get any acknowledgement, when we send the reminders in 6 months time? :hmmmm
Personally, I doubt it. But some of us promised (to make a point), and it'd be wrong to let him down. In fact, it'd probably give him amunition to use against us, if we don't remember to send them.

Yes, but he was using us as a Scapegoat. That's why we sent him the letters, and promised to send him reminders. True, we did assume that he'd buy 12 months Tax. But as there hasn't been anything in the Papers about it. I suspect that he got 12 months. Because otherwise, he'd be criticising us for not reminding him.

The whole point of the excercise, was to let him know that we didn't appreciate being used as Scapegoats. And that we're all prepared to make a special effort, even if he isn't. :hmmmm
