My duty has been lapsed as of today, however as of next week i have been put on an AG duty and told to start at 7 every morning and finish at 3, i discovered this had been done with 2 other dutys aswell with later start and finish times so that after our delivery is completed we have to go back to the office and take out either cut offs or deliverys that hadnt been lapsed.
Can our DOM really make us work 7 till 3 or 7.30 till 3.30

Pay and modernisation agreement all saturday start times to revert to previous times before E/A of OCTOBER 2007!. HOLD THE LINE THAT THEY SO WILLINGLY HOLD US ALL TO!.

Have you guys been been told of these changes?
Have you guys agreed to these changes?

If the answer to these questions is no then i suggest your office/area puts in a request to HQ for a ballot a.s.a.p.
Management are taking the piss here and will continue to do so if you dont stand up and fight.

Andy85 if that happened at our place the members would be OUT untill management met with the CWU and put forward some proposals,untill then the status quo would remain,thats how change should be done,through talks and negotiations.

IS HE GOD you do the work when the workers stop is he going to do it all himself?. He is calling the shots so he thinks me thinks he bluff too much call his bluff and ballot for I/A and don't agree to any of his bullsh*t and bum fluff bluff!.

I thought Rochester were implementing Rule 13, has anything been done yet? Get on to the area CWU rep.

Rule 13 hasnt been implemented yet, but we did vote for it and all union members agreed, im pretty sure we will be balloting extreamly soon.
Also the area DOM believes he is above god, we had someone start the ignition in their van then put the seatbelt on and said that he wanted said person taken down the conduct code.
