Iceman. Newpostie did exactly that. But he was TOLD to take the Mail Home, by the Manager. I would definetly say no you didnt do the right thing by taking the mail home if the IB would have came round to your house and found the mail regardless of what your manager instructed you to do i very doubt you would be in your office now and you would more than likely be suspended.If i were you i would speak to your local rep and take out a grievance against him and the possible position he put you in.What has happened hes called your bluff by telling you to take out all your mail and informing you he would still be in your office thinking you wouldnt cut off at the given time so he had a clear office if this was the case .Dont be afraid to take out a grievance against your dom but make sure your rep knows the name and address of your doms boss and send it direct to him DO NOT GIVE THE GRIEVANCE FORM BACK TO YOUR DOM you should then get a response within 4 weeks for a stage 1 interview its then at this interview you and your local rep blow him clean out the water. It beggers belief your experience my friend ,if i were you be on your guard but dont let this dim witted dom get away with what hes done to you remember its your job on the line not his
