My rep told me today that the Union will NEVER agree to 4hr walks, and that D2D's will not go up as the Goverment are going to clamp down due to the recycling malarkey that's going on.
I'd be happy about the 4hr thing, won't we all.
But slightly reserved about the D2D's,can the Goverment really tell a company be it us or the others NOT to deliver stuff.
Thoughts?

4hr Walks/D2D's
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Interesting, got this in my Google alerts, can't see the full article as i've to register, but.

Environment Minister David Miliband's proposed 'war on junk mail' has sent shockwaves through the industry. But is direct mail opt-in looming or is it just political posturing?
If you are seeking proof, look no further than DMIS figures, which show direct mail accounted for 4 billion items.......
Royal Mail, for one, would see millions of pounds wiped from its accounts.
