Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Yeah, apparently we didn't get anything cos the sick leave was too bad....savo wrote:mm - no idea bud, as from what you have told me in the past your office has been hammered more by changes, lapsing etc than ours.
I honestly dont know where they get the figures from.
So we've "saved" hours, lapsed rounds, extended walks under orders, and the office is cut back so far it falls apart any time anyone's off sick, costing them more? And a lot of the sickness seems to be as a direct result of all the "savings", lapsing and extensions...
Just don't get it....enjoy yer bonus, have to get yerself a bit more fishin tackle and we'll try and meet up for a fish this summer...

£400 should be on it's way next week....but don't spend it before you see it in your wage packet lol and oh yes is is pro rata.gman2050uk wrote:i was told 400 by my dom and got £16.50 yer great cheers royal mail
Royal mail or the union should release a full list of offices with the amount of 50/50 share bonus so those offices who received zilch can have some ammo to fire at the management.
2 weeks ago our office was over £6000 underspent in this years budget now the lastest figures show a £3000 overspend.
what chance have we got?????

That £3000 yearly over spend is not even our daily overspend due to Pegus 1.the beautiful bd south wrote:£400 should be on it's way next week....but don't spend it before you see it in your wage packet lol and oh yes is is pro rata.gman2050uk wrote:i was told 400 by my dom and got £16.50 yer great cheers royal mail

PIty their cannot be somwehere on here to list office overspends actualy office by office would give a clear picture,
obviously If you list your office you could be identified ,not that I fear RM taking action for mereley expressing my oppion!!!!
Roll on Pegus 2 ! coming to a office near you soon!!

Correct
and it has been achieved by cutting duties, lapsing sick , cutting SA and other costs cutting measures from our wonderful bullies ..............oops I mean managers
