Didnt get any bonus? then you are not as good as us we are getting 2 thousand and our managers have a 100 thousand quid to shair out between 5 because we run around not walk come in early unpaid work overtime for nothing and allow 40 hours to go to 22 hours by evr. you lot will never get nothing if you keep doing your job properly so stop thinking of tomorrow just think of today.

Just one thing about the 50:50 scheme, all the money saved will be taken off next years budget in addition to the cuts they want.

50/50 bonus scheme
lets forget about share dividends for a moment seperate issue
i thought 50/50 bonus consisted of savings made locally and savings made nationally
not all offices have made local savings so in turn no payment in bonus due fair enough.
question what is national savings amounts and what is due to all offices as per agreement
national savings are split amongst all offices what part of 50 /50 is being paid out nationally
and if not why not
