never mind fishing heres a no brainerfor ya with mail in decline and full time duties collapsing all over the place to make the outside bit stand up why oh why do part-time people not take part in the collapsed duties ? no malice intended but this is what has been done in my DO

Because part timers don't have any spare time in their duty (unlike the full timers ), and as RM already have the part timers over a barrel, this is solely to p*** off the full timers.

Different offices mate different environments. At my DO the PTimers have exactly the same tasks and times as FTimers except they don't do IPS. IMHO thats the way it should be in every office.

all full timers in my office have the easiest walks and are finneshed at least 1 hour early every day while all 30 hour pt staff always go over every there time every day and claim at least 5/8 hours overtime a week . all 40 hour full time duties are have on avergerage 400/500 calls on them but 30 pt duties have between 650/750 calls and only thing we dont do that full time staff do is ips .
