Schedule bonus/lump sum and the other bonus!!!!

i got £59.00 scheddy lump sum,a lad in our office got over £300 scheddy lump sum.£400 next week aswell dont get me wrong the money is nice,but i cat help wondering if its all smoke screen to cover up our non pay rise.

We have heard absolutely nothing about the £400 bonus! Absolutely nothing! How do you know it is definitely £400 and do you also know it is being paid next week? Are different offices getting different amounts being paid on different dates?

not sure the date but i saw the email with me own eyes saying we will get the 400 pound at the end of may

Do this mean we will get 800 pounds for this bonus and colleague shares ? what about 50% local saving stuff. (I heard it is 115 pounds in my office)

Is It true that RM are thinking of getting rid of all basic pay and replacing it with a discretionary bonus? Sounds good ,if you hit all the targets they set and agree to ten hour contracts across the board then at the end of the year they might decide to give you 2X normal pay in bonuses.

£400 is the Group Bonus - there is also a 50/50 local bonus which depends on how RM think your unit did last year with savings.

Not true. I heard we're getting a 10% cut in pay but will be allowed to claim for expenses incurred at Quadrant canteens. Overall, we'll be about 25% better off, after their latest price increase

Minted, thinking of hiring a Phillipino bag carrier to help me better perform my duties, also the moat is looking a bit weed choked and since this does play on my mind and detracts from my productive performance ,I am minded to claim for restoration.
