Prep sorting tests

1 minute prep tests have been agreed by the Union.
The rate is 25 p/m (RM2000) 34 p/m (48 box fitting) and 18 p/m (DBF ie packets)
Everyone in my office can pass these tests with ease. The problems start when management start testing over longer periods. These tests are totally unagreed
If you throw in your walk and you have, say, 1000 items and it took you an hour, management in the Glasgow postcode would say you are sorting at 16 p/m. Not acceptable to them!!! They are looking for 22. Sorting at 8 or 10 will eventually lead to conduct. (forget 'retraining')
Should be noted this is simply throwing the mail in, from 1st letter to last. Does NOT include packets, specials, tie down.
On an RM2000 frame we get 30 minutes for tie down and gone aways and redirections. The poster earlier who said 45-60 minutes would get serious hassle from management in our area.
But as I originally stated - only the one minute tests are agreed. Anything else -if you have a problem get you rep to proceed with a disagreement through the IR framework and move it to are level.

we was told 25/min in our office on rm2000 but we said that all frames are different.1 wing,2 wings 3 wings,firms taking up 10 slots,slots that have 1 drop, 2 drops even some slots with 3 drops. How can the prep rate be the same for all.
