Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

How many spare managers to RM have. If the level that came to KY/FK last weekend is anyting to go by the 10% savings will be easy. Lose the hangers on who obviously are not needed cause they can be spared when strikes happen. Then lose the cluster managers.

I feel a national counter proposal coming on :dance :dance :dance

I know, they always seem to have loads of spares but I suppose they do need them afterall how would Quadrant make any money of there was no managers to sit all day drinking coffee

Oh dear I forgot it would cause a massive coffee glut, but I wonder caffine is supposed to be a stimulant, so how come they are such a lazy gormless bunch.
:d'oh! :d'oh!
But they could also go and be MPs I mean they claim expenses for everything and s**t on the workers

Shrek what I find sad and disappointing is that our fellow supposed union brothers and sisters from the unite union think its ok to come from all over the UK and recieve there 30 pieces of silver to betray there fellow union members SHAME .Lets hope they have the decency to cancel there membership and stop sullying the good name of Unite. I am sure of one thing BMG even Judas Iscariot will be turning in his grave over the actions of these so called union members. Here is the address to contact Unite and let them know your anger at their members crossing our picket lines in an official paul.reuter@unitetheunion.com
P.S what the managers seem to forget is that their wages are so good because of the sacrifices of CWU members.Let me expand on that point when was the last time the managers fought and won a pay rise I certainly dont remeber them ever putting up a fight on anything. So if it werent for our sacrifices to fight and scrape to get to the posistion of "we are 40% overpaid" Adam Crozier then the RM managers wouldnt be 40% overpaid.

Staff can't even get near their lockers because of the overspill of parcels ,the H&S rep is constantly fighting with the lineos about the fire exits being blocked by parcels .Its a feckin madhoose

Exec action started in Livi DO on Monday, more cut offs than normal, not a complete mess as of yet but the mails been light so far, think it could be a shambles the rest of this week. a lot of the duties are just to big surprise surprise.

Still a lot of staff coming in early and working through tea breaks etc...but not as many as before.

no ballot planned as of yet but belive that most staff want one, have heard that we need another union meeting first with better turn out that the last time (wouldn't be hard after turn out at the meeting we had about a month ago) before we can be balloted.

if there are positive developments on ballot i'll keep you posted.

Same in Dundee West. According to RM responding to letters in the local paper, there's no backlog. How does this company get away with telling blatant lies?? ;liar
