and you claim mine was a cheap shot :arrrghhh Hello

You really can't see it can you..
No. I can see that you've quite bizarrely extrapolated a remark to the extent that I now allegedly dislike all workers and "paper boys" [which I take it is a reference to posties, so maybe that gives a remarkable insight into your own opinions? :hmmmm ]

Yours was a cheap shot as you merely reiterated someone else's little aside; I was making the point (obviously too obliquely for some) that very few actually have leadership or decision-making skills good enough to have any meaningful input to the running of a company, and you only have look to good old RM to see that in action..........

the trouble with a reply like this , its like trying to decipher a coded message , who are the very few - posties, managers , the Government what ??

Governments don't generally have much input into the day-to-day running of companies, so they can be discounted, but then posties and managers work for RM so it can't be them either. Hmm, it's a difficult one then.
How about workers in general? That was, after all, the group who were under discussion.
Not too hard after all, was it?

You'll have to ask the person doing the alleging to get the answer to that, as I can't answer for his thought processes...

So are you adding to, or condemning, psycho-babble with that particular sentence? Do you know? :whistle

As you seem keen on amateur psychiatrics, I suggest looking up "Walter Mitty Syndrome", although doubtless you won't acknowlege the symptoms or problem... :chuckle :chuckle

It may be a simple question, but I can't answer it as I didn't make the original statement/allegation. I suggest if you want the answer then scroll up to the relevant post and PM the poster. :wave

We may go "round and round" but then why ask the same question twice? :confused
