The only person's performance our DUM doesn't criticise is the person he's talking to at the time. He's a one man rumour factory. He's a bit worried these days. The 'Have Your Say' survey has highlighted the level of bullying from managers. Oh dear!

Funny that we were just today talking about have your say,that we had not heard anything about it.The DIM was the one making an of the cuff remark about us being lazy,blaming us for some thing that had not gone right ,the managers had been caught out on the hop the natural thing was to stand there and say it was the staff that was the fault,it's ok though we are getting use to the oh its the lazy bl**dy staff they have got away with it for so long they don't think it matters,i'll get it through to them nobody is to let them out tomorrow until i see the office has been cleared up to my standards.I think you can guess what happened but the DIM at the moment only does guess apperances at the moment!

Your lucky its all of you.
Our office is full of people who like to come in early,pee off early and get home early.
Manager loves them because the job gets done along with the extra he palms off on them and us who don't want to sweat for 8 hours get called lazy by him and the "grafters".
