TNT has signed an agreement with Singapore Post and Royal Mail on the exit of Singapore Post from the joint venture Spring Global Mail.
Spring Global Mail is a joint venture company formed in 2001 by TNT, Royal Mail Group and Singapore Post. The parties have agreed that Singapore Post will acquire the Asia-Pacific business of Spring Global Mail and at the same time will exit the global joint venture.
TNT and Royal Mail have said that they remain committed to the future growth of Spring Global Mail. TNT and Royal Mail will continue to own 100% of Spring Global Mail. TNT's share in the joint venture will now increase from 51% to 67.55%.

Why would Singapore Post (Singapore is a forward looking successfull country) want to be connected to a couple off useless badly run companies like TNT/royalmail

Aren't these the "scam" merchants mentioned by that member (whose name I cant remember) who came on here complaining about a member of her family being ripped off (alledgedley)BELIAL wrote:Somebody has been very quiet about this little scam.
