jeepers, dont know about you lot but half the time in our office the postcodes wrong or not even put on the envelope, hows these machines going to fix that, missorts are wrongly postcoded most of the time as well, or have no postcode at all, more of our money down the drain :sad:

More to the point for all these items with the wrong postcodes which most of the time ends up being delayed, does the regulator fine Royal Mail for these late items?????
