Rep from Hell!!!
Not only is our Unoin Rep the DOM's pet, But he comes in early, doesn't take his breaks, and uses his car on delivery.. Is this right????

If so then they need to wrote to the Branch Secretary and put their name forward and ask when re-election is due.
Then if the wait is a long one and the volunteering new rep believes he has enough support perhaps he could have a vote of no confidence but again he would have to through the branch for that.
In essence is there anyone who wants to replace him - if not there is nothing you can really do as he will be elected by default.
