Does anyone know what's happening with Annual Bonus/Phantom Shares this year? No one in my office seems to know and that's including my Union Rep..

Problem is that if we hit targets if upsets the plan of :mfo as it all based on RML being in a perilous situation.

Pro Rata should be abolished and bonuses split equally between all members of Staff in each Office, anyone else agree ??

pro rata is the way it should be in my opinion but i think 1 hr workers should be included in this, i got skanked last year on bonuses and holidays on a 1hr contract 
and usually worked 20+ now im on a 24 hr contract and should hopefully get pro rata for this.

What is royal mail colleague share payout for 2009? it was £800 in 2007,400 last year and so would it be likely to be £200 this year givin that formula? or even none!!!!!!!!. We are in profit so we must get a payout
