Hi
Hello and welcome jogga
My memory is not that good ,but im sure the dispute was about The Employee Agenda, where again they wanted to introduce teamworking and a few other bits, but we put that to bed, looks like we shall have to do the same again

We had a few weeks of one day strikes after the so called 'Employee Agenda' was rejected overwhelmingly. The proposals were then slightly amended and we were ballotted again. The Post Office (and Alan Johnson who was CWU General Secretary at the time) hoped that the members would be fed up with losing a days money every week, but we voted to reject again and Royal Mail then dropped it.jogga wrote:Hi only worked for RM on deliveries this past 3 years. It’s been somewhat eventful to say the least.
I'm working in Lincolnshire, never been involved in any I.A before so it's all new to me.
Out of interest what was the eventual outcome of the last national strike ten years ago.
