Section 14 makes it clear disciplinary transfers to another job can be considered and implemented with a serious warning.

It is within the managers area of control at this level of warning so can be from a D.O to a SPDO and vice versa. My D.O is linked with just one SPDO that was given to us from a neigbouring office so this SPDO comes under the DOM for my office.

A cluster manager or higher level manger when issuing a suspended dismissal in exceptional circumstances can also give a disciplinary transfer to another job to a area outside of the mangers control. This could be from one cluster to another within a single postcode area or from the D.O/SPDO to the mail centre say processing or distrubution if the conduct code manager is the senior delivery manger that the cluster managers report to.

Youve slightly gone off topic, my point is nothing more than pointing out being moved can take place as part of the conduct code, nothing more nothing less.

Just to update on the moving of 2 full timers to another office. Currently all talks are at a stand still due to the disagreements, but apparently the office they were to be moved to have threatened to walk out if theyre moved. No one has been told who would be moved should it come to it, thats why I was asking about seniority as I have plenty enough if thats the case. If its troublemakers and the lazy he'll already have pencilled in who he wants to go I have no doubt about that.

Well what a week, the managment bought in the changes by force as they said they would,we have re-named the office as blow out city, they have ignored the disagreement just like they do the staff,on the plus side the managers have said it's all working so they are happy,of course you dont need to look around the office to close or you might see the mail that has stayed in the frames, everything will come out in the wash. :wave
