I thought some of the Linos got a grant off the Social Services or the NHS for some of their " day patients " - one RM " mascot " " Rocket Man " is also famous for wandering about town looking like a cross between these two in uniform 24 / 7 even when on AL   - it's a mirrored culture , a colourful motivational manager being off with depression could only happen with RM .

The Tories closed a big mental hospital down to look after their spivvy mates to clean up on property deals , put some old patients on care in the community but some of the patients came to work for Royal Mail
