I'm sure managers do have a thought about how its going to work. Unfortunately for them is we have better ideas that involve doing the job properly (well I do anyway).

I think after 12 months, Royal Mail will finally realise it is not working so many managers and Dom will be axed due to failure to get the policy working. :d'oh!

You couldn't make it up, could you ......
These penny-pinching DIMS are turning our once admired service into a laughing stock :no no :no no
Your right there Pinky you could not make it up,it's hard though to see the great job and respect for the company that alot of us use to have slowly dwindle away to compleat disbeleief,if you could have seen todays muck ups its to embarrassing to say,i'm at a loss.

Certainly last year ,Dom and Other senior Managers refused to listen to us on Pegus, and those results speak for themselves,so why do we expect RM managers to listen to us now, they beleive they know more than us even though they have no idea.

We had a releif Line Manager in Last week telling us about van share, and we would be using Fiesta type vans .I said they would not be bigg enough ,He told me they were perfectly big enough..Before That another Manager said Astra Vans.perphaps ours will come with bike racks!

This from a guy who walked around with a clip board every day checking everything.

You will never believe what they have done this time with the 2 guys,1 van and a bike they have taken the 2nd set of keys away so they only have 1 set so they are back to booking shed loads of o/t and waiting for each other and just to make matters worse they could'nt fit the bike in at the weekend so the guy had to ride it out to the delivery :arrrghhh ,they ended up blowing it out on saturday that was a good result for the office (not) :d'oh!
Why dont they just leave it alone.

I would assume that these duties still have their pouch boxes (I know the ones in my office have) so it might be better to just drop off bike boy and then his bags into the pouch boxes...............................ah hell, I'm not here to think for the managers and how they can fix what they've broken.
