Utter,utter crap day.
I was on a round that i had not done since last summer which is huge ,we did not finish inward sorting until almost eight and i did not leave the office until nearly eleven with no break.
Got back to the office at 1445.
After seven years i am beginning to hate the job.
THE MAIL IS DROPPING! ,surely the biggest lie in Royal Mail.

Heavy but not as bad as I thought it would be, although the packets were plenty. Had to pouch off a few recorded deliveries. The sun was out and it was a warm, dry day.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
It was great to be back after a fortnight off
Over 60 parcels, only managed to deliver about 10 because I had to fit my walk in and get round and drop off everyones timed bags. Took back a load of cut offs. To top the day off I was told there is a possiblity of 34 of us losing our jobs
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
