I seem to remember reading some time ago about new "combat style" trousers that were going to be issued. Can we get these or are we stuck with the usual, blue holes in pockets ones.

I ordered trousers last week and got the basic RM style ones so I am guessing te combats are still not yet available.

The new uniforrm was supposed to be available from the 1st of April.
Guess they've got to use up the stock of the current uniform first. :roll:

Tried to order some combats myself and was told new uniform will be distributed in time as they roll it out...
Can;t wait for the red jackets... how we gonna blend in with those things...or is that the plan?? :crazy:

The new uniform looks pretty cool in my opinion, they've got them in Brighton & Hove. They look very much like an express courier company, the combats look OK though!

ye i like the fact that the first person they have a picture of projecting this new image has been taken with a background of a beaten up van
still i guess it would be hard to find one that's not beaten up eh
