We both know that RM use the letter to defeat the spirit, they just claim that they AIM to have the last letter by 2pm.BELIAL wrote:Think you should do a bit of research into the 2pm last letter clause then

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
our dom is looking at starting us at 7 pm this would put our last letter at 15.00
says its cos we have slack time between vans 1st van at 6 am 2nd varies between 7 20 and 7 50 depends on driver some days we have no time others 10 to 15 mins. most use it as a break to get a coffee or eat, no office canteen here.
most deliveries finish on or over time most say they work thru there breaks so this 10-15 mins is there meal break

Horrible and very heavy day. Mech bundles galore, 7 1/2 trays of flats and 2 packet bags. Had 108kgs altogether spread over 12 pouches. Left 4 in office. Started delivery at 10.25 and cut off at 1315 as I was due back in office at 1330. Got back and spoke to the person in the callers and they told me that due to many people cutting off there was 25 pouches of mail left in the office.

That sounds like a sore one. My walk weighed in at 138kgs but i took the lot.....What happened to the mail left in the office?
